RevOrder

Integration

RevOrder for MerchantPro

Connects through MerchantPro's official REST API. Orders land in RevOrder, where they go through the automations, campaigns and courier handling.

API connection, no plugin

The integration uses MerchantPro REST API v2. There is nothing to upload to the storefront and nothing to break on a theme update.

Orders as one truth

Orders sync into RevOrder and update in place when they change, rather than piling up as duplicate records.

Courier handling

Waybills are issued and shipment statuses tracked from the orders screen, without opening the courier site.

Duplicate protection

Pushing to fulfilment passes a guard that will not create a second shipment for an order that already has one.

How the connection works

RevOrder authenticates to MerchantPro with an API user and password and reads orders through /api/v2/. The credentials are entered once in the store settings in RevOrder.

From there orders arrive on the same screens as orders from any other platform: segments, campaigns, attribution and delivery. There is no separate MerchantPro workflow.

What stays in MerchantPro

The storefront, the checkout and the catalogue stay entirely in MerchantPro. RevOrder does not touch products and does not modify the checkout — this integration sits at the order and operations layer, not the storefront.

If you are looking for checkout changes, those are available for stores running their own checkout and on WooCommerce, but not here.

How to connect

  1. 1

Create an API user in MerchantPro

From the MerchantPro admin, create a user for API access.

  2. 2

    Enter the credentials in RevOrder

Add the store in RevOrder and fill in its address and API credentials.

  3. 3

    Wait for the first sync

RevOrder pulls existing orders and starts watching for new ones.

  4. 4

    Launch the automations

Set up the order recovery scenarios and the courier handling.

Questions about the MerchantPro integration

Do I have to install anything in the store?

No. The connection is through MerchantPro's REST API, so there is no plugin, no storefront code and no dependency on your theme.

Can RevOrder change orders in MerchantPro?

The integration is focused on reading orders and handling them in RevOrder — waybills, shipment statuses and automations. The catalogue and the checkout stay entirely yours.

Will shipments be duplicated?

No. Pushing to fulfilment passes a guard that recognises whether an order already has a shipment, and never creates a second one when in doubt.

Does it work with cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash-on-delivery orders are handled like any other, including confirmation before dispatch and waybill creation.

Connect your MerchantPro store

All it takes is the store address and the API credentials.
