RevOrder

Home · How it works

From the first click to the delivered parcel

Seven steps. Two of them are yours.

RevOrder does not replace your store. It sits on top and takes over the checkout, the messages to customers and the carriers. Below is the whole path, with none of the dull parts skipped.

The steps

  1. You connect the store

Install the app from Shopify or the plugin for WooCommerce. For the other platforms you hand over one key and that is it. Your theme is not touched and nothing moves.

    • Shopify
    • WooCommerce
    • and ten more
    • about a day
    Your part
  2. You start seeing who walks in

The tracker installs itself and runs on your own domain, so it still sees what browsers have started blocking. From that same day you know who is browsing, what they look at, and where they give up.

    • no code
    • your own domain
    • live
    We do this
  3. The checkout stops losing orders

Fewer fields. The delivery options that actually apply in the customer's country. Pickup points found in one place instead of by address. And a wrong address is caught now, not in the warehouse.

    • offices and lockers
    • cash on delivery where you want it
    • checked address
    We do this
  4. The order lands on one screen

Every store in one place, whatever platform it runs on. Revenue, orders, recovered carts and what is waiting on you — for the last 24 hours, open straight away.

    • every store
    • last 24 hours
    • what waits on you
    We do this
  5. Nothing unfinished is lost

A cart nobody finished goes back to the customer: SMS, Viber, email or a browser notification. If the basket is worth it, someone picks up the phone. You say how long to wait and in what order — or take a ready-made play and stop thinking about it.

    • SMS · Viber
    • email · notification
    • a call
    • ready-made plays
    You set the rules
  6. The waybill writes itself

The carrier is chosen by country and by the rules you set. 20 carriers, one screen. The day's waybills come out in one go rather than one at a time.

    • all at once
    • 20 carriers
    • warehouse handling
    We do this
  7. The loop closes

You see where the parcel is without opening the carrier's site. And the order is tied back to the channel that brought it — Meta, Google Ads and GA4 each get it once, with nothing counted twice.

    • where the parcel is
    • which channel brought it
    • no double counting
    We do this

How quickly

What happens, and when

  1. Day one

    Connect and watch

The store is in. You see who arrives and where they drop off. You have not touched the checkout yet.

  2. Week one

    Checkout and carriers

The checkout is live, the carriers are connected, and the first waybills come out of here.

  3. Month one

    It runs itself

The plays bring orders back without you, and you know which channel pays for itself.
