  1. Preview The first call changes nothing. It returns what will happen and a confirmation code.
  2. You decide The assistant shows you the preview and waits for your answer. It does not confirm on its own.
  3. Run A second call with the code. It goes through the app's rules and stays in the log.

A product change is made in the RevOrder catalogue, not in the store's product. An SMS and a launched campaign are paid from your balance, and the preview shows the price.

Every euro spent on SMS brought back about 70 € in orders. The weakest is the second SMS after 24 hours: 11 orders from 402 sent. Shall I prepare a pause for it?

Security and control

The assistant can never do more than you.

  • Never more than you

    Access is what the connection allows and your team role allows, both at once, checked on every request.

  • Your account only

    Another merchant's shop answers exactly like a shop that does not exist. Passwords, keys and integration secrets are never returned.

  • Personal data only with consent

    Without it the assistant sees counts and totals. The tools with names, phones and addresses are not even shown to it.

  • A code that lasts 5 minutes

    The confirmation fits one preview. If the order or product changes in the meantime, a new preview is needed.

  • Never run twice

    A repeated request with the same key returns the first result and does not send a second SMS.

  • Expiry and revocation

    A connection expires after 30 or 90 days. Revoke it from Profile → AI access and it stops at once.

Claude

  1. In claude.ai or Claude Desktop open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Name: RevOrder. Paste the server address and click Add.
  3. Click Connect, sign in to RevOrder and choose the permissions and the term.
  4. In a new chat switch RevOrder on and ask: “Show me my shops in RevOrder.”

ChatGPT

  1. Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → turn on Developer mode.
  2. Create app: name RevOrder, paste the address into MCP Server URL, Authentication: OAuth.
  3. Click Create, sign in to RevOrder and allow access.
  4. Pick RevOrder in a new chat and ask your question.

Other MCP clients

A client without OAuth sign-in uses a read-only token. You create it in RevOrder under Profile → AI access and choose which data it may read.

An account owner or admin connects it. The assistant never gets more than the rights of the person who connected it. Do not paste the address into the chat itself: it goes only into the connector settings.

Questions about RevOrder AI

How much does RevOrder AI cost?

Access is free, like the platform itself. You pay only for what is actually sent — SMS, email, Viber — at the prices in your account. Your Claude or ChatGPT subscription is separate and sits with them.

Can the assistant do anything without my confirmation?

No. Every action takes two steps: first a preview that changes nothing, then the run with a confirmation code that lasts 5 minutes and fits only that preview. Drafts are saved inactive and you approve them in the app.

Does the AI provider see my customers' data?

By default the assistant gets counts and totals, with no names, phones or addresses. The tools that carry personal data appear only if you allow them explicitly when you connect.

Which AI assistants work with RevOrder?

Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop) and ChatGPT connect as a connector, with a sign-in to RevOrder. Other MCP clients can use a read-only token from Profile → AI access.

What is MCP, and do I need anything technical?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that AI assistants use to connect to other systems. No code is needed: you add one address in the assistant's settings and sign in to RevOrder.

How do I switch access off?

Every connection expires after 30 or 90 days. You revoke it at any time from Profile → AI access in RevOrder, and it stops at once.
