Short answers on checkout, abandoned order recovery, SMS and email campaigns, couriers and pricing.
The platform
What is RevOrder?
RevOrder is a revenue automation platform for online merchants. It brings checkout optimisation, abandoned cart and order recovery, SMS and email campaigns, analytics and delivery automation into one account instead of spreading them across several separate tools.
Which e-commerce platforms does RevOrder work with?
Shopify (an app in the Shopify App Store), WooCommerce (a plugin), OpenCart (an extension), MerchantPro, CloudCart, ConvertBuilder, PrestaShop, Magento, BigCommerce, GombaShop, Simvoly and Sellanto. A store on another platform, or with its own checkout, connects over the API and the checkout script. What exactly you get depends on the platform and the modules you switch on.
How does RevOrder integrate with Shopify?
RevOrder installs as an app from the Shopify App Store, with no theme edits. Buyer-intent tracking runs through Shopify's official web pixel extension, and a Shopify Payment Customization function decides which payment methods (cash on delivery included) each customer sees, by country, order value or cart contents. Abandoned checkouts feed email, SMS or Viber automations, and orders land on the delivery screen for waybills and tracking. The app only asks to read products, orders and customers and to manage the payment rules; it cannot change products, prices or orders. RevOrder does not replace the Shopify checkout itself — standard Shopify does not allow that. Messaging is billed through Shopify.
How long does setup take?
Connecting a store takes minutes: install the app or drop in the checkout script and RevOrder starts collecting data straight away. Configuring automations and campaigns depends on how many scenarios you want to cover and is usually done the same day.
Checkout and recovery
How does RevOrder recover abandoned carts?
RevOrder tracks buyer intent in real time and recognises when a cart or a started checkout has been abandoned. An automation then sends a sequence of email, SMS or Viber messages with a link that returns the shopper to exactly where they left off. Every link is personal and time limited.
What results do stores get with RevOrder?
Data from 25 merchants over 90 days (July–October 2026): 8.6% of abandoned carts that received a recovery SMS turned into an order within 72 hours of the message, and well-configured automations reach 10–14%. Roughly one in three call center calls to a customer with an abandoned order ends in an order. The value of recovered orders is about 12 times the cost of the SMS and calls. The figures count orders placed within 72 hours of a contact and vary with the niche, the country and how the scenarios are set up.
How does RevOrder improve the checkout?
The checkout can be reworked without touching the store theme: fewer fields, address and pickup-point autofill, payment and delivery options chosen by country, and validation that stops the usual data-entry mistakes. Every change is measured against completed orders, not clicks.
Does RevOrder support cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is a first-class scenario in RevOrder — including a COD fee, order confirmation before dispatch, and rules for which customers or countries see it at checkout.
Messaging and campaigns
Can I send SMS and email campaigns from RevOrder?
Yes. RevOrder includes an editor for email, SMS and Viber messages, audience segmentation by behaviour and order history, send scheduling, and automations triggered by events in the store.
How is campaign revenue measured?
Every message carries its own click and open tracking, on a platform domain or on a domain of your own. Orders are attributed back to the campaign that produced them, so the report shows revenue earned rather than only messages delivered.
How does RevOrder handle consent and unsubscribes?
Every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link, including RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe for email and STOP for SMS. Unsubscribes and complaints apply across the whole account and the platform will not send again to an address or number that has opted out. The details are in the privacy policy.
Delivery and couriers
Which couriers does RevOrder integrate with?
In Bulgaria — Econt, Speedy, Sameday, BoxNow, Evropat and Pigeon Express. In Romania — FAN Courier and Cargus. In Greece — ACS, Speedex, Geniki and CourierGr. GLS covers central Europe, MPL Hungary, Pošta Slovenije Slovenia and BRT Italy, plus DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx and fulfilment through euShipments. Office and locker lists are synchronised automatically, so the shopper picks a valid destination at checkout.
Can I create waybills from RevOrder?
Yes. Waybills are created from the orders screen, one at a time or in batches, and shipment statuses flow back onto the order, so the team can see where every parcel is without opening the courier site.
Pricing and account
How much does RevOrder cost?
The platform is free — there is no monthly fee and no paid plan. You pay only for the optional services you use — SMS, Viber, WhatsApp and email messages and call center calls: you top up a balance by card and each use is deducted from it. Shopify stores are billed through Shopify. The details are on the pricing page.
How do I pay for SMS, Viber and WhatsApp messages?
Pay as you go, with no subscription. The software, the checkout, the courier integrations and the reports are free. You pay only for each SMS, Viber, WhatsApp or email message sent and each call center call. You top up a balance by card and every send is deducted from it; if the balance runs out, paid sends stop while the free modules keep working. The price per message depends on the recipient's country and is shown in your account once a store is connected. Shopify stores pay through their Shopify bill.
How is RevOrder different from Klaviyo or Releva?
Klaviyo and Releva are marketing platforms — email and SMS campaigns, personalisation and recommendations. RevOrder covers the part they do not run: the checkout, office and locker pickup, cash on delivery and its confirmation before dispatch, waybills and shipment statuses, and attribution all the way to a delivered order. That makes it most useful for stores losing orders at checkout, on addresses or to refused cash-on-delivery parcels. RevOrder has no monthly subscription; you pay only for messages sent. It can also run alongside a separate email marketing tool.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create an account, connect a store, see checkout and buyer-intent data and run your first automations without entering a card. You only need a card when you choose a paid service and top up a balance.
How do I close my account?
RevOrder has no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel each month. If you want to close your account, send a request from the account closure page or contact us.
