Platform
A module you upload through the Module Manager that sends every order, status change, product and customer to RevOrder the moment it happens. Abandoned carts are caught at the address step, and a nightly sync fills in anything that was missed.
A new order and every status change, including from the back office, reach RevOrder straight away in a signed request.
Requests to RevOrder leave after the page has already been returned to the shopper, so the checkout never waits on our server.
Add-to-cart and the filled-in address with the phone are sent server-side, so a cart can be recovered by SMS even when the browser blocks scripts.
A nightly sync through the PrestaShop webservice pulls orders, products and customers in case an event was lost on the way.
The module hooks into PrestaShop's standard hooks: validated order, status change, product save, new or updated customer, a new front-office address and an explicit add to cart. Each event goes to RevOrder signed with HMAC-SHA256 and the shop key.
In the store header the module loads the RevOrder script: the pixel and the checkout features you have enabled for the shop in the dashboard. No theme file is edited.
PrestaShop statuses are mapped to RevOrder's common statuses, so delivered, returned and refused reports work the same for a PrestaShop, WooCommerce or Shopify store. A status confirmed by the courier is never rolled back by an older record.
PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9. The module downloads as revorder.zip from the store page in RevOrder and is generated at download time, so it is always current.
Under Shops, add a PrestaShop store with its address and webservice key.
Download revorder.zip from the store page.
Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module, then install it and enter the keys RevOrder shows.
Launch abandoned cart recovery and cash-on-delivery order confirmation.
The module uploads in minutes, and the first order shows up in RevOrder right after.
